No service, No supervisor, just keep you on hold

Logged a complaint 15 Dec. Two weeks later found that the reference ticket closed without notifying me. Logged another complaint 28 Dec. Today (4 Jan) still no response. Called them and held on for 28 mins to speak to 3 people in the wrong department. Asked for call back on 28 Dec. Nobody contacted me. What is the point of having a call center. Gave up and hung up. Axxess is useless.
