No service guarantee from AXESS

I bought a domain and hosting service during the weekend. When I got my login details, I entered and installed the programs needed. Till now, I havent been able to get my site online. I have phoned several times, left tickets, emails and more calls. I phoned this morning to find one support staff lady and told her that I don't have much airtime and please hurry. I gave her my client nr. She just placed me back on hold till my airtime ran out. This is such a flipping attitude that has businesses on their knees in South Africa at present. Please stay away from these people. Zero services!
