No service / feedback

As promised, this will be my first HelloPeter complaint of many until this is resolved. We have been experiencing problems with our line for nearly a month and a half, we have called in many times to complain about this and everytime we are promised that this will be escalated and someone will get back to us as to when this problem will be resolved. Nobody comes back to us with a resolution, we have sent emails spoke to teamleaders, promises were made that the Call Center manager will contact us and still nothing happens. As usual.
