No Service Delivery from Axxess

I am an Axxess Reseller. We paid money to be able to Re-Sell the services. I had only 2 clients, which left due to the Cards not working. Myself had problems with the cards I am using. I took a new service for my Iphone and after 10 days and about 70 emails to Axxess and their staff, the newest card is still not working with NO REPLY or RESPONSE from these people or their Company. I begged for service.... I sworn in an attempt to get a response.... I have gone out of my way to get a satisfactory answer from them.... Still after 10 days the card is still not working, and NO REPLY/RESPONSE from these people. For month I complained that as resellers we can not even LOAD our % Mark-up on their Website for MOBILE Top-Ups.... This have been ignored completely and NO ANSWER AFTER MANY MONTHS OF EMAILED COMPLAINTS! Yet I pay for services.... while getting NO SERVICE!
