No Service

I have had a very disappointing experience with Axxess. I have been without internet service for two weeks, yet I continue to receive invoices. Despite reaching out to their support team, I have not received any helpful assistance. I caution anyone who is considering doing business with Axxess to be very careful, as they do not provide adequate support and will take your money even if they cannot provide the service.
