No service and no assistance from Axxess

It is now 2 weeks that I don't have internet service from Axxess . I have been calling in, sending emails and sending messages via WhatsApp every other day, only to be told technicians arrived and were denied access to the property which never happened. Then my query was escalated and then closed because the "client" said the line was working when nobody called me. I'm beyond frustrated. Surely an escalated query of 2 weeks takes priority? They have even told me via the WhatsApp channel that it has been a "long case" but still no resolution.
