No service and connectivity

It's my third week with this so called service provider. There not a single day that goes by without the network issues, you are lucky if you have a few hours of connectivity in a day. They will promise to call you back, but they never do. They lock you in on a contract with no service and make it difficult for you to cancel. Day light *******, I've never seen anything like this. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's comes with stress and anxiety. If I could give a zero star, that's what I would give.
