No service!

I wouldn't recommend Axxess Internet , we have been without internet for 4 days now, it has cost me R600 to buy data, they send someone out 2 days after we have locked a ticket, the guy was here and said the problem is by the pole and that the guy that can fix it is working that day, and yet the guy didnt come to fix it. It is a security risk as I cannot access my cameras and I have been told to just be patient and that I need to remember they only work 8 hours a day! This is highly unexeptable!
