No Service

I thought I would be able to save some money by joining axxess in order to get better speeds than what I experienced at the big M. Since Joining exactly 6 weeks ago Ive never been able to connect. The sim was apparently provisioned twice, but somehow I still cant connect. Its the 2nd month now and still no connection. I bought a new mifi device and to top things off they told me I need to buy an MTN device as the vodafone one is most probably the problem. I bought a tablet changed the VPN so many times on all the devices just to connect but still no connection. I want out of this deal as its been a waste of money and time.
