No Service

I've been having a useless connection during the month of April. I've been complaining and asking for help and sending them the problem since the beginning of the month. I've not had one competent person from helkom at my house though I've asked more than once. I've provided them with a possible solution for the time being, but it doesn't seem like anyone understands or cares. I feel it's unjust to charge me for their service while I'm not receiving any.
