No Response to Tickets
I have logged a ticket and spent 45 minutes on phone calls to Axxess and I am still not one step closer to receiving feedback or getting any form of response.<br> Twice someone has told me that they could call me back with an update or feedback and I have still not received the call.<br> <br>
