No longer the best ISP.

In 2017 Axxess was superb. I tried using them now. I signed up March 28 2022 and it is now April 19. I am still not connecte after having paid for the month. Now I receive an invoice for May. Billing does not know that I am not yet connected. Response time from the customer service is pathetic. I am sure they rank with the worst.
