no logic in billing, supernatural billing

i have and uncapped home account. they started throttling me on P2P. the agent said i should move over to uncapped business it is more tolerant. then i move over, so they say because i paid R265 i just need to pay a R75 difference. so i pay it. then he tells me that the business is not really for P2P. i should take the capped its un-monitored. i have a uncapped line for R265 which i only used 66Gb. it will be 289 for 150GB which will always run at full speed. so then i say change me over. they then send me another bill for R164. instead on moving me over, let me pay the difference and take out 66 GB from 150GB. firstly its really dumb to be throttled at 66GB. i will never take out this uncapped and will advise anyone else not to. i am paying more fore uncapped than capped and getting half the service and still need to pay twice as much to go back to getting capped data. this ridiculous. last month i had a capped 100Gb R189 never throttled. this month i pay 265 for uncapped and throttled at 66Gb where is the sense in this really. then still paid 75 more to try get pass 66GB. real ******* to think about it i was actually gona be a re-seller, thanks for opening my eyes.
