No Internet or assistance for 2 weeks

I have sent 17 emails and called 3 times and have no help in getting internet working. No help since I logged the problem on 14.11.17.

Call centre promise to send out a technician then don't do it and don't call back or reply to emails at all

really frustrated and I am losing income because of this
