no internet for two days

I have called your call center yesterday around 10am they told me about 24 hours turnaround time, didn't have internet the whole of 19/02/2023 till now it is 15:54pm 20/02/2023 still no internet, now when I call the call center I'm told about 72 hours turnaround time, this is the poorest service I have ever received. I'm so disappointed.

Why am I paying for your services if I have to buy data to be able to watch my tv
