No internet for a week

Very disappointing have not had any internet for a week as line was prematurely cancelled at the end of june, however set cancellation for the end of July. Lines mentioned that 24-48 hours waiting period however this was a week ago. Really really frustrated and dissapointed as I cannot work and have to spend tons on data. I was always a loyal customer to Axxess however everything has changed.
