No internet, but Axxess don't care!

Really upset with Axxess. My parents have been without internet for a week and have had to spend up to 6 hours with the call centre (using their cell's, can you imagine the cost of that, especially for pensioners??). They've had non-stop issues with stability and false promises that a technician will call them back.

It's not right – to offer a service which people pay for, but you don't honour your side of the deal. And to have call centre people who really don't care and won't keep their word. And for this to happen to elderly people who are already isolated during this pandemic and now they don't even have internet – shame on you!!

You just don't care!!
