No internet after 2.5 months

I've been struggling to get internet connection since I went to Axxess. It is now two and a half months down the line and still I do not have any internet, and obviously the debit orders goes off on time. I've phoned their tech team numerous times and its a case of passing the buck between them and Telkom. I was even assured by one of the group leaders that he will personally keep me up to date., His name was Jimmy, it is a week down the line again and still I haven't heard anything back. In total I've made now 5 calls to Axxess and still the issue is not resolved. I'm not happy at all.
