No Internet

I have a problem with my internet (no internet.... Not buffering) I spoke to Khagiso who put down the phone in my ear. I have an 10mbs "uncapped" package that can be throttled to 2mbs witch is fine with me as I don't play games. Although I get buffered frequently I am happy with that. My problem is that 6 to 8 times a day I ge a "no internet" message. Unfortunately Kagiso (technical department) could not help me with my problem and kept asking me why that happens. If I could I'd rate this service a "0"
