No help

<p>A few months ago, i had logged a support ticket with Axxess that my website hosted by them was hacked.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had no feedback for days until the day before my debit order was going off than everyone started trying to assist me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I than cancelled my hosting package and requested a domain transfer to another ISP, needless to say, since i didnt pay the following month they jeld my domain for ransom.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been an Axxess client for almost 6 years and i am so appalled at the support, billing etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>Even now as we speak the domain hasnt be transfered over.</p>
