No Fibre!! No customer service!!

I’ve cancelled my wireless internet and got fibre with axxess, for two weeks it’s been more off than on. I’ve spent over R300 airtime phoning back and forth, doing what they say I must do. Being promised they will phone me back and no one ever phones me back!! I will much rather spend R200 more on wireless internet than R300 airtime in two weeks!! And still, to date my fibre is off and I have received no phonecall! Worst company with worst service! And i will make a point to tell every single person I come across never to even consider Axxess! Pathetic!!
