NO FIBRE!

My Fibre line has been down since 15:00 on March 20th. I contacted the support team numerous times with the issue. Eventually after 40 minutes the support agent logged a ticket at 17:45.

Now 24 hours later i have contacted Axxess numerous times, waited on the line, whatsappd, emailed, sent messages on their website and NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHEN MY ISSUE IS GOING TO BE RESOLVED. But I can guarantee that the moment it comes to debit order time then they quick to take off the money but they cant provide a service.

I need this line to work but now will need to make an alternative plan and spend money i dont have because my internet is not working!
