No feedback and no service seems to be the norm

Ticket 0ee73m3344 refers. Is there ANY feedback as yet? Ticket h78db8hk8j also refers. No movement or feedback there either. I'm really getting to the end of my tether with the non-reliable service, and non-feedback on tickets. Has Axxess decided that users are not important enough to warrant responses/updates anymore?
