NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

the worst company to deal with. i gave them notice to cancel my line which is suppose to be cancelled on the 31/07/2024 with a cancellation fee of R499 , they decided to debit me today but refuse to cancel the line immediately due to their system setting.

so why the hell make me pay the cancellation fee now if you only plan on actually cancelling at the end of the month???? the supervisors are useless and are like trained recorders repeating the same thing over and over instead of assisting with a constructive resolution. absolutely no customer service !!!!!!

YOU TOOK YOUR FEES NOW SO CANCEL MY LINE NOW NOT WHEN YOU FEEL YOU WANT TOO!!!
