No customer service

I've been trying to get my adsl box moved but I'm receiving no replies on any of my queries, it's been 2 days now with no contact. It took ages to get my lone installed because of countless issues. Now that I need assistance for a service I am paying for I'm just getting zero response. This is pathetic.
