NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I registered a domain - I then called Axxess to cancel it as I wanted a different name. The lady (Musa) said I would not be charged and cancelled it for me. I then registered another domain with the new name I wanted. Not only did AXXESS charge me for BOTH domains, they won't refund me my money from the first domain OR return my messages. VERY disappointed with the service and clearly lack of caring - you never used to be like this'd I have been with you for years - are you getting too big to care about your customers??? I WILL be looking for an alternative provider if this is how you do business and can't respond or assist!!
