No connection - MTN

Got a replacement sim - Cell C to MTN LTE, No luck tryin to contact support and no responce via web or twitter. Useless. Instruction they give is clear, insert sim and change settings - still no luck!! Please, If you want to claim to be the best Internet Company, how about helping the people that pays your salaries.
