NO COMMUNICATION!!!!!

I have been trying to contact this company for almost a month!!!! Via various different portals - facebook chat, the website online chat and via email!!!! I have had ZERO communication bac****!!!! utterly disgusted at the extremely poor level of customer service!!!!!!!!
