No call back

Hi Axxess. We’ve never had issues with you or our service for the past few years that we’ve been with you. We’ve relocated, contacted you , your techie came over a week ago to setup the internet at the new property but still to date we are left without internet. Yesterday I was on a call with someone for about 20 minutes, unfortunately I had to go and couldn’t be on the call any longer, I was promised a call back from someone “within today” which was yesterday and we are still waiting on the call back. Can someone please contact us
