No Call back

On the 22/01/2018 I requested a consultant to call via email, heard nothing on 31/01/2018 I sent a follow up email only to be told a ticket had been created, on 07/02/2018 when I still got no feed back I emailed again and got the response that the "college' (their spelling) had created a ticket I should wait.
