No back call services

I am subscribed to this company for fibre at home services. Whenever I want assistance or help in regards to no Internet services or just account queries, one cannot get hold of any agent or customer service consultants either on WhatsApp or someone to call me back so that I can get helped. I am a senior citizen of our beautiful country South Africa, and this company does not cater for the elderly at all...
