No axxess

Still no data after 24 hrs After a topup via my axxess dashboard a/c EVA74 which incorporates an automatic credit card transaction 4 x Support personnel so far cannot solve the problem, evade answering questions instead ask stupid irrelevant questions and do not follow through Still no data after 24 hrs Has happened 2x now I have no reason to expect that this will not happen again Questions asked are : Why receive successful sms when top up data has not arrived ? Why was Credit card transaction not processed ? Why the delay ? Why not notify the client ? I have contacted the Credit card company there is no problem with card and other transactions have taken place So the problem is with axxess I will not open anymore waste of time tickets to deal with *********** *****s and for which I have to use another device with Vodacom data to login because axxess are not interested in customer sevice I get much better service from Vodacom without the NOnsense
