No Axxess

I am completely dissatisfied with Axxess. I signed up for a free FTTH installation and then I was charged R 310 for the line. Then I was told to pay for the delivery of a router and a week later (on the day their consultants told me the router would be delivered) I am sitting with no router and no internet connection. And then there's the issue of not getting through to their call center. A total waste of time, effort, and money because no one answers and when they do, they offer no assistance at all!
