NO axxess!!!

Been trying to setup for months and NOTHING, always an excuse! My elderly Dad has driven a good few hundred kilometers for appointments and no one even arrives. We have called so many times it is shocking! Terrible service and no one takes accountability. This has gone on for months and still we have absolutely zero WiFi. Rather please be honest to potential customers and say you are unable to help than drag us along for months!! Unacceptable
