No actual support or willingness to get something sorted out.

We've had internet speed issues for over a year and nothing is done to try fix the issue. It is shown on their website that the area we are in has full LTE coverage, yet over the past year I have sent multiple support tickets and spoken to a "manager" but nothing is done to help improve the speed issue.
