NO Access with Axxess

<p>Do not go near Axxess.. 28 days ago reported a problem with Axxess sim connecting and disconnecting and not connecting at all when tried in 3 different devices.. MTN and Vodacom sims work no problem.. Had the misfortune of dealing with lukwayo ? and seelam who should not be allowed any form of contact with customers, he talks in circles, contradicts himself, and is unable to get to the point.. They require me to fill out a MTN coverage form ? ? ( could be filled out by themselves if necessary ) and then seelam tells me it may take a week before their is an answer ?? Have been without Axxess internet for 3 days now and in the ridiculous situation of buying Vodacom prepaid airtime and data to communicate with Axxess.. Still have not received the emailed coverage form allegedly sent 3 times to my email address ?? But receiving emails from all other sources.. So no confidence in this lot..</p> <p> </p>
