No access @ Axxess

Registered a domain and hosting through them and its five days later and nothing. After contacting them three days ago they informed me they havent sent the request for domain registration through but will do so and it will be up and running in about one hour. Many, many hours and days later and nothing. And now its weekend and nobody can assist with hosting. Worst service ever!!!
