New Customer - Terrible Service - Not Recommended At All

Our internet has been activated for more than a week but we continue to struggle to have internet access. We were billed Pro Rata, We have sent numerous e-mails, Whatsapps (Why there is the communication group as it does not work) and telephone calls to technical department for assistance, Not once has anyone contacted us back. To date this issue has not been resolved. I requested cancellation of this account as I will rather get a different service provider and pay a bit extra for BETTER SERVICE. Now we are charged for a cancellation fee. WHY MUST WE PAY FOR A SERVICE THAT WE CANNOT ACCESS AND WHEN CANCELLED WE HAVE TO PAY A CANCELLATION FEE AND WAIT ANOTHER MONTH!!! This is really poor service and it is affecting my business!!!
