New Comer: Lousy Service

I am new to axxess and have a new contract. I have been chatting to Lusanda Wabana <***> since June about having my profile etc ready for me to join today but nothing has been done at all which is VERY ANNOYING. now i am told that my access completion may take a few weeks to complete. This is pathetic and shocking
