Never use Axxess for Fibre... NEVER

I use Axxess and tell all my SME friends about Axxess for websites and domains. BUT don't use Axxess for Fibre. From the first day there is minimal communication. Another company delivers a router with no information to the client why an odd delivery is being done. Then if it's a complicated order due to the line being "held hostage" by Telkom, then they just let it be rejected and make you do the work for them to get payment. Even after numerous calls and running around, 30 days later, it still get's rejected for the umteenth time and no communication. Tickets logged and and and. Terrible service for Fibre. NEVER use axxess for Fibre. I thought it would be easier due to using them for my business... but alas...
