Never consider Axxess as your ISP

Really poor support. Internet out for all Openserve lines. Call to report to be dropped 2 times withour help while holding on for 45min. Het call again to hold 21 min to be told they will not report mater as this effect all openserve lines??? Then when ask to speak to manager to drop my call. Wow only load update at 13:30 on website with ABSOLUTELY NO further feedback on what the issue might be and or how long they expect it will take, NOTHING…

Meanwhile we have to pay in advance and then get snotty generic feedback.
