My website is never up ?

Having received good services from them before, I went ahead and placed an order for website hosting. (paid in full)<br> <br> Only to be sitting a month later without a website. I have laid various complaints to technical support, but it does not seem as if anyone gives a damn. The paid for site is still down with untimeous/no help.<br> <br> Needless to say, my client will never use me again, but that seems to be my problem :(<br> <br> I really expected better from such a large company! Some one help ??<br>
