My experience with a poor service at axxess internet company

Hi I’m writing this letter with my disappointment at the company called Axxess.co.za, I migrated from my previous isp address Company to axxess , I’m still waiting for them to provide me broadband, I registered to them(Axxess) and my account number is 182438. I’m still waiting for them to came back to me, and I’m still with no internet and I pay the amount they say I must pay, and I provide them with proof of payment I tried to call them since the whole of last week with no luck ,and I’m tired to run after. Even today I’m still with no internet, I’m struggling to help children with homework, and to do my daily work, as i used to do.
