My domains are down and support is ignoring me!

I've just moved 3 of my domains across to Axxess... and they are all down! I can't access cPanel, can't access mail and can't access FTP. I haven't even finished setting up my site!

Numerous support tickets are ignored. Despite having contacted Axxess through Facebook and being promised that hosting support would get back to me.

SHOCKING customer service... plus the frustration of having 3 websites non functional.
