MTN LTE fixed services

Purchased a MTN lte fixed rooter wit sim and received it on monday, started it up on Wednesday because I was not at home, trying to connect it to internet the whole day and at the end the problem was with mtn and they need to sort it out with mtn and posted on the notification panel that they ar working on it. Till TODAY I have spoken to about 17 consultants and wasted a lot of airtime. And the mtn problem is still not fixed.

Axxess you need to sharpen up your services. I was always a fan of yours and told everybody the good service but now I am very disappointed. Need to work from hom but dont have any internet...
