MTN LTE fixed line through Axxess.co.za

Axxess moves all users from cell C to MTN LTE fixed line. Since this move over on the 1st of December I have been without internet. Trying to call the support number is a waist of time it takes 7 try’s just for it to ring. Once it does u then wait 10minutes to be answered. Then the ppl on the other end cannot help and put u on hold then drop the call!!! It has cost me over R600 trying to get through to Axxess to find out what is going on. But NOTHING has helped. I have lost a complete week of work because I cannot get online. I don’t know what changed at Axxess but they used to have a great reliable team that has become in ***********
