I have a Wi-Fi with Axxess, the thing is, i did not renew my service for November, so I did not pay for . Automatically they renew it for me. i spoke to them and instructed to cancel the service cause I can not afford it and I was given a 50% discount which I paid. Now the lady by the name of Ntombizanele is telling me that i need to pay the full amount and I'm being threatened that my account will be handed over to debt collectors cause I did not pay for the services that i did not get. I pay in advance so I'm asking why would i be handed over for the services i did not use. Cause the Wi-Fi was suspended on the 1st of November but I still have to pay for it.
