Most useless ISP ever!!!

I have used axxess (as re-seller), with some ups and downs, but mostly successfully for well over 6 years; but today has marked a severe turning point. A turning point I am afraid they cannot turn back from. The proverbial car-over-the edge. I find myself in a situation where axxess hosts several of my key DNS domains, however, their DNS servers respond with "Server Failed". This means that my web-sites are down, mail doesn't work; but most importantly, I cannot update my DNS records to migrate to another provider - the perfect hi-jack! I suppose with the state of affairs in this country with rampant hi-jackings, what was I expecting right?
