More promises than a politician

I have had no adsl for over a week and have tried my best to get the problem calling Axxess daily, with the answer that they cannot do a thing and will escalate the proble, my question is how can a business sell a product they have no control over? If that be the case, my money is debited efficiently, they have lovely friendly staff, but that doesnt put the internet on, for a company rated as high as they are I cannot see any results, pass the buck, so I have decided to escalate as well axxess .Thank you Hello Peter for being there for us
