More like 'Axxess denied'

I have on occassion used Axxess for clients who want affordable website hosting. In future I will refuse to work with this company though because their incompetence and lack of regard for their clients interests is completely unacceptable. Their tech support is by far the worst I have ever encountered. Their communication is generally poor, not just because hosting support only operate during office hours, but their replies are unhelpful often. The final straw was finding out one of my client's sites is down, and having Axxess tell me the site is redirected to a 'self-managed' server and to 'look there' for the reason the site is down - when my client has always paid Axxess for hosting, domain and dedicated IP address and has not changed any settings. This is not the first time I've run into big issues with Axxess - it will be the last time though.
